At pistol petal, we take pride in delivering fresh and beautiful flowers to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations and refund requests to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
(Please be advised we charge a non-refundable deposit.)
Events canceled 5 weeks (35 days) prior to the event date are subject for a refund of remaining balance. Cancellations after the 5 week period will be charged a fee of $150.00 for restocking. Please note florals are ordered in advance to obtain best pricing.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
